Responsibilities and Duties
- Possess good knowledge of embalming standards
- Understand the requirements of the client and offer the most suitable embalming services
- Understand and carry out the wishes of the client with excellence
- Gather, review and act on client's feedback on embalming services
- Keep stock of all embalming chemicals, tools and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of Company's vehicles, equipment and facilities
- Implement operations for service excellence
- Project a positive and professional image
- Solve problems and make decisions at operations level
- Other operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Hold an embalming certification from a recognised embalming school
- Class 3 driving license preferred
- Use essential features of a computer
