ELV Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate communication with clients throughout all project phases. Delegate tasks and manage the workflow of subcontractors and team members. Define project scope, budget, and schedule. Plan and oversee the work schedule for multiple small to medium-scale projects. Identify potential project risks and propose appropriate solutions. Maintain compliance with all relevant codes, quality assurance, and performance standards. Conduct regular quality audits for suppliers and subcontractors. Manage cost control and track financial commitments. Collaborate closely with the sales team during tender bidding processes. Schedule timely procurement and delivery of project materials. Supervise the work of Assistant Project Engineers and Technicians, if applicable. Generate reports and manage project documentation. Provide training to clients and oversee maintenance visit schedules. Facilitate project handover to clients and service teams.

Requirements

• Degree qualification with at least 5 years of relevant experience in ELV projects. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Project. Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Willingness to work flexible hours as required for project completion.
