Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Maintenance Engineer
Responsibilities
- Oversee preventive maintenance on ELV systems (nurse calls, CCTV, access control, PA, BMS, fire alarms, structured cabling).
- Liaise and coordinate with the specialist vendors engaged for the maintenance of the ELV systems
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of ELV systems
- Diagnose and repair ELV-related faults.
- Monitor system performance and maintain accurate service records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical advice and updates to clients regarding system condition.
- Collaborate with client and internal teams and train junior technicians when required.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering
- 5 years of experience in Electrical maintenance, specialising in ELV system.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems
Skills
- Excellent knowledge in Electrical / ELV systems.
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
