Diagnose and repair hardware issues in kids electronic products such as: Smartwatches Wearable phones Digital cameras Headphones and other kids tech gadgets
Perform part replacements (e.g., screen, battery, buttons, speakers, mic, etc.)
Handle fine soldering work for connectors, charging ports, and PCB components
Troubleshoot and repair basic water damage and motherboard issues
Flash firmware or reset devices using proprietary and standard tools
Document repair cases and update internal systems for tracking and reporting
Coordinate with customer service on warranty repairs and parts availability
Maintain proper ESD safety standards and clean workstation practices
Job Requirements:
Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
1-3 years of hands-on experience in electronic product repairs
Proven soldering skills (fine-pitch components and small PCBs)
Familiarity with smart device teardown and reassembly
Basic understanding of firmware flashing tools and device testing
Able to read simple circuit diagrams or follow repair guides
Strong attention to detail and steady hands for delicate work
Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to learn new devices
