Job Purpose:

Assist the Electronic Client Integrations team to deliver for our clients, bringing back resilience and increasing output for the team in Singapore.

Job Background/context:

Augmented staff for the FX Digital Sales - eCI team. Given capacity constraints and special projects in 2025 and 2026 that severely consumed the team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SFTS migration - Assist on the tail end of the project

2. Deliver Velocity client and user maintenance

3. Approve Domain Attestations

4. Deliver Pulse RTC requests, especially GTC ones

5. Maintain Click reports

6. Manage prioritization of FIX Onboardings

7. Manage the Velocity Issues list

9. Assist on the delivery of special projects such as Key Replacements in SFTS

Person Specification

Knowledge/Experience:

Essential

Clear understanding of the FX market, trading concepts, including the front to back understanding of trading lifecycle - Execution, Allocation, Clearing & Settlement process
Working experience in onboarding & administering electronic trading (e-Trading) users
Experience in e-Trading Client Services or associated Operations group in a high availability/mission critical environment

Experience with FX Middle and/or Back Office

Skills:

Strong communication skills
Effective written and presentation skills
Understand criticality and concepts of Information Security
Effective under pressure, with little supervision

Efficiently solve problems in time critical scenarios
Pro-activity and sense of ownership when solving client's problems
Ability to promote positive work relationship
