We are looking for an Electrician to join our marine construction project onboard a reclaimer vessel in Singapore. The successful candidate will support vessel electrical systems and daily operations while working closely with the Chief Engineer and a multinational crew in a safety-focused environment.
Job Description
- Perform electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs onboard the reclaimer vessel.
- Maintain and service shipboard electrical systems and equipment.
- Support daily vessel and marine construction operations.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Work closely with the Chief Engineer and multinational crew.
- Comply with Company HSE policies, Singapore WSH requirements, and vessel safety procedures.
- Keep proper records of electrical works and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant electrical experience (marine or offshore experience preferred).
- Able to read basic electrical drawings and manuals.
- Familiar with safe work practices and LOTO procedures.
- Willing to work onboard a vessel with a multinational crew.
