Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment and systems
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repair of electrical machines, switchboards, and related systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and carry out corrective actions
- Prepare and update technical reports, maintenance logs, and service documentation
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide technical support during outages or system failures
- Operate tools, machinery, and testing instruments safely and correctly
- Support project or production activities to meet operational schedules
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and quality standards
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, or contractors when required
- Maintain tools, test instruments, and workshop equipment in good condition
- Perform ad-hoc technical duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Willing to perform standby / on-call duties outside normal working hours
- May be required to respond to emergency breakdowns during nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Must be willing to support 24/7 operations, including after-hours standby, midnight call-outs, weekends, and public holidays, as required by operational needs
- Ability to report to site within a reasonable response time when on standby
- Minimum of 5 years exp in relevant field
