Job Description
Job Description & Requirements
Installation and Assembly: Installing new electrical systems and components (such as vaporiser ,gas detector system, LPG interlocking system, control panels), Install wiring ,circuits ,outlets,fixtures using hand & power tools . erforming routine and preventative maintenance on existing equipment.
Maintenance & Repair: Performing routine & preventative maintenance , diagnose faults, repair or replace faulty components.
Testing &Troubleshooting: Using diagnostic tools and test equipment to identify, diagnose, and fix electrical faults and performance issues in equipment , machinery and circuits.
Testing & Commissioning - Test , Install & Commission the LPG interlocking system , gas detector panel,regulators , vaporises etc. Improvement and upgrades to existing electrical systems & Components.
Safety & Compliance: Inspect electrical systems to ensure they meet safety codes and standards and identify potential hazards.
Documentation and Reporting: Preparing detailed technical reports, documentation, maintenance records, and specifications. They also collect and record operational and testing data for analysis.
Quality Control and Safety: Inspecting designs and completed installations to ensure they meet safety standards, industry regulations, and project specifications.
Collaboration and Supervision: Working closely with engineers, other technicians, and contractors to resolve technical problems and ensure project delivery. Experienced technicians may also supervise support personnel.
Cost Estimation: Assisting in estimating the costs and quantities of materials and labor required for projects.

Technical Skills
Electrical technicians must have a solid foundation in electrical systems, schematics, and equipment. Key technical skills include:
- Hand Tools and Power Tools: Ability to safely operate and maintain hand and power tools for assembling, installing, and repairing electrical systems Zippia.
