Job Description & Requirements
- Perform equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance.
- Perform on-site servicing and installation if required.
- Handling day-to-day operations of the service centre in accordance with company brand position and guidelines.
- Perform and ensure all repairs and servicing are executed in accordance to company's standard operating procedures and performance indicators.
- Co-operate with Customer Service Team and follow company's procedures and protocols to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties
- Min. Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Min. 4 years relevant experience
- Preferable with Class 3 driving license
- Ability to work independently and as a team-player
