Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible Electrical Supervisor to lead and oversee site electrical works and manpower, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and effective coordination with contractors and teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical works on-site to ensure adherence to project drawings and specifications
- Manage daily manpower deployment and monitor productivity to meet project timelines
- Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety permits and regulations
- Liaise effectively with main contractors, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution
- Prepare accurate daily progress and site reports to track work status and issues
Required competencies and certifications
- BCSS (Building Construction Safety Supervisor) certification
- WAH (Work at Heights) Supervisor certification
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in electrical works
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated by managing teams and coordinating site activities
- Effective communication skills for clear liaison with stakeholders and reporting
