Manage all aspects of on-site electrical work, including task delegation, quality control, and schedule coordination.
Provide hands-on guidance and technical support to electrical teams throughout the project lifecycle (execution, meetings, testing/commissioning, handover).
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues related to project progress, subcontractor work, and overall quality.
Lead and train electrical personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Maintain a strong focus on Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) compliance for all supervised personnel and areas.
