Electrical Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
. Support tender preparation including quantity take-off, costing and technical evaluation of supplier/contractor submissions.
. Review tender and contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
. Prepare budget estimates and cost proposals based on project specifications.
. Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders on technical clarifications and documentation.
. Assist in tender submissions, presentations and handover to project team upon award.

Requirements:
. Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or M&E related discipline
. 3 to 5 years of local QS experience preferably within contractors
. Proficiency in taking-off quantities and understanding contracts
. Singaporean only need apply
