WE ARE HIRING - Electrical Quantity Surveyor (Experienced)

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling the full spectrum of QS responsibilities - from tender stage through project completion and final account.

Key Responsibilities:

. Prepare tender cost estimates, pricing, and submission documents

. Review drawings, specifications, and contract requirements

. Measurement and cost planning for electrical works

. Progress claims, variation orders, and cost control

. Subcontractor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation

. Project budget tracking and financial reporting

. Final account preparation and settlement

. Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients

Requirements:

. Proven experience in Electrical / M&E quantity surveying

. Ability to manage projects independently from tender to completion

. Strong contractual and commercial understanding

. Good negotiation and communication skills

. Detail-oriented with strong cost control mindset
