ELECTRICAL QUANTITY SURVEYOR CUM DRAFTER

Job Responsibilities:

• Study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities
• Compile subcontractor quotations and submit to Project team for review
• Assist in tender/contract review in arriving at the tender sum
• Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project during the defects liability period
• To prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings with AutoCAD.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Building/ Construction or Quantity Surveying
• Able to use Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good communication skills
• Independent and responsible for the construction project assigned
