- Prepares tender bid documents, follow up on the pre and post-contract administration for Electrical-trade projects
- Reviews work specifications, take-off quantity, costing and liaise with contractors and suppliers
- Understands the contractual terms and works to ensure that other stakeholders such as Project Team Members, Accounts and Finance understands and complies with the terms
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering/QS related studies
- At least 1-3 years of working experiences in Quantity surveying
- Experience in handling building construction projects will be advantageous
