Job Descriptions:
- Lead the overall delivery of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems in line with project timelines, quality, and regulatory standards
- Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, quality plans, and risk registers
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reporting, and ensure governance compliance
- Facilitate coordination meetings, technical discussions, and progress reviews with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Oversee the preparation and submission of designs, technical documents, and shop drawings
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant local authority standards and codes.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for approvals and clearances
- Supervise installation, integration, and testing of various ELV systems, including: Nurse Call Systems, CCTV, Access Control & Security Systems, Public Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA), Structured Cabling & IT Networks and IPTV, RTLS, and other healthcare-related systems
- Ensure minimal disruption to operations in live hospital environments
- Manage system interfaces with MEP, BMS, IT, and medical equipment
- Plan and oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
- Ensure compliance with performance, redundancy, and fail-safe requirements
- Manage the preparation and submission of as-built drawings, O&M manuals, training materials, and handover documentation
- Coordinate user training and obtain final system acceptance
- Ensure strict adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and safety protocols
- Conduct risk assessments, enforce safe work procedures, and maintain site compliance
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including 35 years in managing ELV systems for hospital or healthcare projects
- Proven experience delivering public sector healthcare projects
- Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes and healthcare project requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is an added advantage
