Job Responsibilities

. Manage electrical subcontracting projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting and progress monitoring.

. Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

. Supervise electrical installation works to ensure quality, safety and timely completion.

. Monitor manpower deployment, materials, project costs and resources.

. Review electrical drawings, specifications and technical requirements, and resolve site issues.

. Identify and manage project risks, delays and site constraints.

. Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.

. Coordinate electrical testing, commissioning, inspections and project handover.

. Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, relevant Singapore electrical standards and safety regulations.

. Lead and guide site teams, supervisors and workers to achieve project targets.

Job Requirements

. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager in electrical construction or subcontracting.

. Experience in managing electrical installation works and coordinating with main contractors.

. Strong knowledge of electrical installation, testing and commissioning.

. Good understanding of project scheduling, cost control and manpower planning.

. Strong communication, coordination and team management skills.

. Ability to manage site teams, supervisors and workers effectively.

. Good knowledge of Singapore electrical standards and safety requirements.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

. Able to work independently and manage multiple project activities.
