This isn't a desk job-this is a role for a leader who enjoys the boots on the ground reality of complex engineering. You will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of multiple high-voltage substation and transmission projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered with precision, safety, and peak productivity.

The Mission

As a Project Manager with us, you won't just manage one site you will oversee a portfolio of projects across the region. You will be the central point of command for engineering teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring that our technical standards (IEC/IEEE) are met without compromise.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Project Portfolio: Simultaneously lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of several Extra High Voltage (EHV) projects.

• Field Leadership: Frequent travel to various project sites to provide on-site technical direction, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure construction progress.

• Productivity Excellence: Implement modern construction methodologies to optimize resources and shorten project timelines.

• Technical Governance: Validate engineering deliverables and ensure all site works comply with regulatory and client specifications.

• Stakeholder Management: Chair technical meetings and act as the primary liaison between clients, OEMs, and internal teams.

What You Bring to the Table

• Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of power systems and electrical infrastructure.

• Agility: The ability to pivot between different project sites and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Certification:Must possess a Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP). We value efficiency and modern construction techniques.

• Experience: At least 3+ years of project management experience within the power or heavy engineering sector.

• Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset for root-cause analysis and on-site troubleshooting.
