Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Project Manager to oversee electrical works in construction projects, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to meet project goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage electrical works for construction projects.
- Review electrical drawings, specifications, and ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
- Supervise engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to deliver quality work on schedule.
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and monitor progress claims.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Prepare progress reports, variation orders, and project handover documentation.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to industry standards.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in managing electrical works within the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety, quality, and environmental management practices.
