Job Description

A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Electrical Programme Manager to drive the development and delivery for large-scale data centre projects. This Singapore-based role blends deep technical expertise with programme management, overseeing the full lifecycle from design to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of advanced electrical systems and infrastructure for data centres.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies into product development.
  • Produce system-level concepts, schematic designs, and detailed electrical documentation.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders across design, construction, facilities, and EHS.
  • Oversee external vendors throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation including budgets, schedules, and commissioning plans.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary design documentation for large-scale builds.
  • Review design drawings and Revit models for accuracy and milestone compliance.
  • Develop proprietary electrical design standards and products.
  • Implement automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce design cycle times.
  • Identify and resolve technical and programme issues, driving solutions to completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in programme management within electrical systems or infrastructure (data centre experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of electrical design, commissioning, and operations.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and design review processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and complex cross-functional programmes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in developing proprietary standards or working in fast-paced product development environments is a plus.
