Electrical Manager/ Senior Manager

MANAGER/ SENIOR MANAGER - Electrical and Motion Control (Hardware/Technical/ Engineering/ Automation/ Control/Mechatronics/R&D)

Our client is a leading organisation specialised in developing Semiconductor machines. They are currently seeking for a Manager/ Senior Manager - Electrical and Hardware to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical and controls engineers.
• Lead the design, development,implementation, and optimization of electrical motion control systems used in Semiconductor Machines or Automation machinery
• Develop electrical schematics, panel layouts, and control architectures.
• Troubleshoot motion synchronization,positioning accuracy, vibration and dynamic performance issues.
• Manage multiple automation or machine-build projects from concept to commissioning.
• Coordinate with mechanical, software,and production teams.
• Support or review programming for Motion controllers, Servo tuning and Automation sequences
• Improve machine reliability, efficiency,and maintainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic or Mechatronics Engineering
• 10 years of experience in industrial automation or motion control engineering and 3 years in a leadership or managerial role preferred.
• Strong experience in electrical design, control system analysis and design, vibration analysis, including servo motor and motion control systems.
• Strong knowledge in motion control modelling and algorithms for ultra-high speed and high accuracy applications.
• Good project planning and execution skills
• Possess problem solving and analytical thinking skills
