Responsibilities

• Oversee technical design and cost estimation for upcoming projects.
• Provide engineering support for all ongoing projects in the company.
• Ensure all designs and tender submissions meet specifications, standards, and relevant codes.
• Evaluate and ensure that tender submissions are cost-effective and competitive to secure new projects.
• Optimize project opportunities through competition and demand analysis, and negotiations while maintaining contact with consultants, building owners, architects, and developers.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market studies to establish timely, accurate, and competitive pricing for tender submissions to meet corporate project plans.
• Manage engineering teams and electrical engineering staff members.

Requirements

• Relevant educational qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within electrical engineering.
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively and meet project deadlines.
