Job Description
- Lead electrical engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities across assigned projects.
- Provide technical direction on electrical design, systems, installation methods, and applicable codes and standards.
- Review and approve key electrical drawings, technical submissions, materials, and installation proposals.
- Manage electrical contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to achieve required quality, progress, and performance.
- Coordinate electrical interfaces with the client, consultant, main contractor, and other project disciplines.
- Monitor programme, resources, material availability, installation quality, and technical deliverables.
- Lead resolution of complex site, design, coordination, and quality issues to prevent delays and rework.
- Ensure electrical works comply with project specifications, quality plans, safety requirements, and statutory standards.
- Support the Project Manager on planning, commercial matters, procurement, variations, and client requirements.
- Lead and develop the electrical engineering team while driving improvements in productivity, technology, and construction methods.
