Location: Tuas (Free Shuttle from Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT)
Work Schedule: Flexible (Choose 4, 5, or 6-day work week patterns)
Salary Package:Up to $4,800+ per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades on electrical systems and equipment.

• Lead and assist in electrical maintenance projects.

• Execute preventive maintenance plans to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.

• Uphold strict safety standards and maintain an organized work area (5S).

• Collaborate with production teams on continuous improvement initiatives.

• Provide guidance and basic training to operators and peers.

We're Looking For:

• A NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Proven hands-on electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency with electrical tools (multimeters, megger testers) and interpreting electrical drawings.

• Strong knowledge of motor controls, equipment wiring, and troubleshooting automated lines.

• Advantageous: Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens, Allen Bradley) or a Licensed Electrical Worker qualification.
