Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (Major Energy MNC)

The Opportunity:We are partnering with a leading organization in Singapore's energy sector to find a seasoned Electrical Supervisor. You will lead the site execution of maintenance strategies, ensuring high reliability of critical plant infrastructure while championing a safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technicians and contractors in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to local and international electrical codes, safety standards, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems (specifically electrical isolations).

• Operational Excellence: Oversee quality control for all electrical works and lead investigations into equipment abnormalities (Root Cause Analysis) to prevent recurrence.

• Maintenance Strategy: Collaborate with engineers to optimize maintenance programs and enhance equipment reliability.

• Training: Conduct daily toolbox talks and drive the structured on-the-job training (OJT) capability of the team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation Engineering.

• Experience: Approx. 8+ years (Degree) to 15+ years (Diploma) of supervisory experience within a Petrochemical, Refinery, or Process Plant environment.

• Technical Core: Strong expertise in Low & Medium Voltage (LV/MV) systems, Power Transmission, and Motors.

• Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in PLC systems, ELV (CCTV/Security systems), Earthing, and Lightning protection is mandatory. Knowledge of DCS is a strong plus.

• Attributes: A hands-on leader capable of working with minimal supervision and managing emergency response procedures when required.
