To Provide technical support for Electrical, Instrumentation, Control System and Analyzer Equipment Failures
Ensure all maintenance works follow LOTO, isolation, and electrical safety procedures, starting from job scope preparation, RA, procedures, materials, manpower, planning, scheduling and execution
Identify recurring equipment issues and implement reliability focused solutions. Develop, review, and optimize PM/CM/CBM strategies for E&I assets
Reliability driven Plant Maintenance and troubleshoot issues with motors, drives, switch gears, LV/MV distributions, CB, VFD, Transformers, MCCs, UPS, sensors, control valves, PLC/DCS systems, Analyzers, quality measuring equipment, site fire alarms, site facilities equipment and field instruments
Develop, maintain, and proactively release a rolling two weeks look ahead schedule to ensure operational visibility and alignment across teams
Monitor adherence to the published schedule and adjust plans based on progress, constraints, or unexpected issues
Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to confirm task readiness, resource availability and potential risk prior to schedule published
Work closely with Site Maintenance resident contractors to Plan and Maintain activities, instrumentation, and electrical systems
Verify Electrical safety compliances including grounding, insulation resistance, SIF/SIL and equipment integrity checks and conduct periodic inspections in line with statutory board thru PE and with internal maintenance core team
Supervise / Hands-on Work E&I works scope in shutdowns, start-ups, day-to -day maintenance together plant E&I Technicians team
Ensure safety, and monitor and report Plant availability, and plant E&I systems health check
Maintain accurate records for maintenance history, calibration and service reports, and prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and capture history in SAP work process
To perform Call-out activities and works extended hours upon site requirements
Participate in RCA and failure analysis and execute the changes from the outcome
Competency in MOC process and Spare parts management
Any other tasks and responsibility as assigned from time to time
Requirements
5 to 10+ years in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering in Specialty Chemical / Petrochemical manufacturing facility as well as Maintenance
Strong Knowledge in PLC/DCS systems, Analysers and Field Instruments
Familiarity with SAP, MS-Office and OEM software's
Experience with predictive maintenance tools and reliability methodologies concept
Excellent in written and oral communication and collaboration with cross functional team
Ability to work in multi-culture, multi-nationality teams
Good soft skills and Experience in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
