ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS TECHNICIAN

Electrical Circuit Knowledge: Understanding AC/DC circuits, voltage, current, resistance, and power calculations.

Wiring and Cabling: Ability to install, repair, and maintain wiring systems, including low and high voltage installations.

Reading Electrical Schematics: Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.

Installation of Electrical Components: Proficiency in installing switches, outlets, circuit breakers, transformers, motors, and lighting systems.

Testing and Troubleshooting: Use of multimeters, oscilloscopes, insulation testers, and other tools to diagnose and fix electrical issues.

Knowledge of Electrical Codes & Safety Standards: Understanding local/national electrical regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC) to ensure compliance.

Automation & Control Systems: Basic knowledge of PLCs, relays, and motor control circuits (especially in industrial settings).
