HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As aHardware Design Engineer,you'llbe a key contributor within a highly skilled R&D organization building highperformance, highquality networking products.
You will:
Design and develop advanced hardware platforms, fromcomponentselection and schematic design through board bringup, debugging, and validation.
Work handson with complex, highspeed digital designs that push performance and reliability boundaries.
Collaborate with global, crossfunctional teams to integrate hardware deliverables and drive products from concept into production.
Perform feasibility studies, design margin analysis, and validation planning to ensure robust, manufacturable designs.
Execute empirical testing and rootcause analysis on new and evolving hardware to meet stringent quality and performance goals.
Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on electrical hardware design and development, including driving Joint Development Model (JDM) engagements to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions and successful program outcomes.

About You
Bachelor's orMaster'sdegree in Electronics Engineering ora relateddiscipline.
4 to 6years of handson experience in systems and hardware design, including integrated circuits and complex electronic systems such as servers, mobile devices, or similar platforms.
Strong technical foundation in both digital and analog circuit design.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systemlevel issues.
Solid knowledge of, and strong interest in, highspeed design concepts, including signal integrity challenges and power distribution techniques.
Practical experience in measuring, testing, and characterizing highspeed digital signals.
Proven boardlevel design experience using Cadence CAD tools such as OrCAD and Allegro.
Proficient in programming and scripting languages including Python, Perl, and MATLAB.
Additional Preferred Abilities
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross functional technical teams, as well as work independently and make sound technical decisions when required adaptable and willing to take on a wide range of technical projects.
Self motivatedwith a proven ability to build productive working relationships across engineering, operations, and stakeholder teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read, interpret, and clearly explain engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
