Electrical Engineer - Hospital Building Maintenance

Job Description:

• Maintain and operate hospital electrical systems including LV/MV switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, and power distribution systems.

• Ensure reliable power supply to critical areas such as ICU, operating theatres, and emergency departments.

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical equipment.

• Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical systems and emergency backup power.

• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations from the Energy Market Authority and workplace safety standards by the Ministry of Manpower.

• Coordinate with contractors and biomedical teams for maintenance and installation of electrical and medical equipment.

• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
