We are expanding our Engineering team to handle HV motor rewinding, looking for well experienced, Graduate Engineer with Energetic, sound knowledge in Motor rewinding.
Work Scope:
- To lead the workshop with proper Planning, Scheduling & Decision Making
- To engage in project management including project planning, coordination and supervision of the projects
- To communicate and liaise with customers on projects
- To carry out electrical testing and mechanical testing on Stator and Rotor and other parts
- To measure Winding Data and Record inspection details in log card
- To procure equipments and parts for projects
- To conduct safety training and enforce safety rules and regulations
- To prepare reports after each project completion
- To assist in administartive work and duties
- To ensure productive and cost control
Education/Qualification:
- Diploma/ITE in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2-4 years experience in handling motor and generator service
- Technical knowledge in motor and generator rewinding and service
- Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in team with an excellent attention to detail.
