Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Building Services and Sustainability Engineering team.

This incumbent will plan, organise and execute the maintenance, repairs, and improvement program for electrical and mechanical facilities and systems at all Singapore Pools properties.

What You'll Do

  • You will work closely with key stakeholders and vendors to plan and execute all projects, repairs, and maintenance works of electrical systems and lead sustainable operations activities.
  • You will diagnose root causes of recurring faults on electrical and electronic systems to resolve systemic failure issues.
  • You will utilise technology to capture data across the network for monitoring and tracking the Data that directly contributes to the performance monitoring as well as sustainability metrics.
  • You will work closely with assigned key stakeholders to accomplish the desired outcome of assigned project developments.
  • You will manage contracts through the timely call for quotations, stringent review and evaluation of proposals.
  • You will submit reports, monitor budget and expenditure, prepare RFP/RFQ/Tender document/EAFS, check invoices and update records.
  • You will maintain currency on the various technical regulations stipulated by relevant authorities/governing bodies (eg BCA, SCDF, EMA).

Who You Are

  • You will need at least a Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or 3 years of related working experience.
  • You should have experience in managing mechanical/electrical systems in large buildings.
  • You should have experience in managing mechanical electrical systems supporting sustainability efforts.
  • You should have experience in managing projects involving mechanical/electrical installations.
  • You should have experience in project management and risk management.
  • You should have knowledge of relevant code of practices, standards, and legislations (BCA, Singapore Power, EMA codes etc).
