Job Description & Requirements
- Assist the Project Manager/ Senior Engineer on all activities that are carried out at the construction site
- Responsible for material quantities take-off, build bill of materials
- Assist the Commercial Department in materials procurement
- Coordination, implementation, management of all M&E works
- Perform quality control at construction sites
- Check for discrepancies, defects, inconsistency in construction drawings.
- Manage and control Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary work progress, drawings, material, samples, method statement submission and approval, to ensure quality and timely completion
- Internal coordination with Structural and Architectural Team
- Liaise with client's representatives for all necessary services diversion / removal, technical issues, all necessary certificates, documents, as-built drawings
Requirements: -
- Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/ HVAC/ Mechatronics/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 - 5 years working experience with basic exposure in MEP design and construction site
- Has the vision to develop career to become registered Professional Engineer
- Good understanding of Singapore Code of Practice and authority submission process
- Has interest to develop career in construction industry
- Able to operate AutoCAD software, MS Excel, MS Words and MS PowerPoint, MS Project and Project related software
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
