We are seeking a Electrical Engineer (Senior) with strong experience in power generation, or oil & gas facilities to support electrical maintenance, reliability, operation and project activities. This role is responsible for maintaining the technical integrity, reliability, and safety of electrical systems, with a strong focus on power generation and high-voltage electrical equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Lead and supervise electrical maintenance activities, particularly in Gas Engine Generator (GEG) systems
. Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for electrical equipment and systems
. Drive reliability programs to ensure consistent execution of maintenance and minimize equipment downtime
. Plan and execute minor electrical CAPEX projects in line with engineering standards
. Investigate equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
. Provide technical support to operations and project teams, including expansion projects
. Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders on electrical matters
. Work closely with Licensed Electrical Workers to ensure compliance and safety
. Participate in emergency response and assigned operational roles
REQUIREMENTS:
. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in oil & gas, LNG, petrochemical, or power generation facilities
. Hands-on experience with high-voltage electrical power systems
. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
. Good interpersonal and communication skills
. Able to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
