Electrical Engineer

As an Electrical Engineer at Right Construction Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation and maintenance of electrical systems for our construction projects in the East Region. This full-time position requires expert knowledge of electrical engineering principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant and energy-efficient solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Designing, planning and overseeing the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems

• Ensuring all electrical work meets relevant building codes, safety standards and environmental regulations

• Conducting site inspections, testing and commissioning of electrical systems

• Providing technical support and problem-solving during the construction process

• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to coordinate electrical work

• Preparing detailed reports, drawings and documentation related to electrical systems

• Continuously improving processes and identifying opportunities for innovation

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in the construction industry

• Proficient in the design and installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems

• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations related to electrical systems

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information effectively

• Proficient in the use of CAD software and other engineering design tools
