Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Lead and manage electrical maintenance operations in the worksites of Piling and foundation works, including planning and executing preventive and corrective works, supervising teams and subcontractors, conducting inspections, and ensuring safety compliance

Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive and corrective electrical maintenance to ensure effective operations

Manage and coordinate technical officers, technicians, supervisors, subcontractors and main contractors on electrical maintenance projects in the field of Piling and Foundation construction sector

Assist in preparing quotations for electrical works to support projects and budgeting

Conduct regular inspections of electrical installations to verify effectiveness and compliance

Supervise installation and commissioning of electrical systems to meet project specifications and safety standards

Ensure all electrical works comply with safety procedures and conduct safety inspections on-site

Oversee supervision teams (REs/RTOs) during site installations to maintain quality and schedule adherence

Perform additional electrical duties as assigned by the manager or superior to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Degree in Engineering

3 to 5 years of experience managing M&E operations in a construction / piling and foundation sector preferred

Self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills and computer literacy
Knowledge of Singapore electrical standards and WSH requirements.

Able to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
