We are looking for Electrical Engineers with established competence in offshore facilities especially FPSO's to join us for a career defining role in one of the largest Offshore Energy Projects in the region.
The Electrical Engineers will contribute to the full lifecycle of electrical systems from concept, Pre-FEED, FEED, Early Engineering design through to Detailed Engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure technical integrity and compliance with international standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with process, instrumentation, mechanical, and safety teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in electrical design, energy efficiency, and system reliability
- Support vendor selection and technical bid evaluations, ensuring optimal solutions for project delivery
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
- Engage with clients, partners, and classification societies to align technical requirements and project milestones
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical design for offshore oil & gas facilities
- Strong understanding of MV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers, and distribution networks
- Experience with SmartPlant/SPEL or similar engineering databases
- Familiarity with global electrical codes and standards (IEC, BSI, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
