Position: Electrical Engineering Chart Analysis Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$85–$95/hour
Location:Remote
Commitment:20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author and review technical tasks to evaluate AI model performance on electrical engineering problems.
- Produce original problem sets using frequency response plots, Bode diagrams, Smith charts, and performance curves.
- Write reference solutions and apply structured quality checks.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to improve task quality and throughput.
- Work independently and asynchronously with a flexible schedule to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, or MS in EE with 3+ years circuit, systems, or signal processing experience, or BS in EE with 5+ years applied EE, design, or test experience.
- Working fluency in at least two of: signals and systems, control systems, communications, power, electromagnetics.
- Comfortable interpreting frequency response plots, Bode diagrams, Smith charts, and performance curves.
- Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form.
Compensation & Legal
- Hourly contractor with a starting rate of $85/hour.
- Strong contributors may be promoted based on task quality and throughput.
