Role and responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise equipment installation and cable termination work, performed quality check and site acceptance test
- Supervising of Installing of UPS Battery, conduct Charging and Discharging test for battery
- Installation of 440VLV switchgear, bus bar insulation testing, bus bar contact resistance test, ACB function test, M102 Motor controller function test at site
- To conduct High Potential (HI-POT) test for LV switchgear Bus bar
- Scheme checking, commissioning tests for all type of control panels and Online Troubleshooting work
- Testing of equipment such as but not limited to Drawers ,Breakers , M102 relays ,Isolators and Protection Relays
- To coordinate with commissioning team and fulfill their timely requirements
- Coordinating with sub-contractors and Equipment suppliers for Technical issues
- Close FAT and SAT punch at site
- M102 primary injection test
- LV switchgear signal check with IMCS and ENMCS
- Is expected to work independently in order to complete the work schedule and fulfill the project timelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering within the energy or offshore wind/oil & gas industry.
- Has experience with FPSO vessels
- Good experience with switchboards, technical knowledge on Industrial Power Conversion equipment like generators, switchboards, transformers, converters, motors, energy storage, cabling etc
- Ability to multi-task on a variety of projects to strict time scales, always with professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
