Job Description
Job Scope:
Oversee electrical projects from design and tendering to construction, commissioning and handover.
Develop electrical design briefs and review M&E consultants designs for cost, safety and compliance
Lead value engineering and support tender evaluation, procurement and contractor selection.
Supervise on-site electrical works
Monitor WSH compliance and oversee testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
Ensure defect rectification and complete handover of as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
5 years of relevant experience in Singapore's construction or engineering industry.
