Electrical Engineer

Job Description:

• Develop Electrical deliverables: datasheets, drawings, documentation.
• Ensure Electrical projects meet the specifications, budget, relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficient in understanding and implementing the technical specifications to the project deliverables.
• Involve in HAZOP, SIL, technical reviews and clarifications with stakeholders.
• Formulate RFQs, evaluate bids and recommend vendors/suppliers of Electrical Components and Systems.
• Responsible for Electrical change orders and meeting the delivery lead time and stakeholder expectations.
• Participate in Inspection and Field Acceptance Test for MCC/VFD panels, electrical motors etc.
• Cooperate with process, mechanical, Instrument/Control, piping disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide technical support and advice during the construction, testing, andcommissioning phases.
• Support tender preparation and cost estimation.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in electrical designs, preferably in water and wastewater treatment projects.
• Strong understanding of Electrical motors, starters and VFD.
• Know-how of electrical equipment installation and commissioning.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional development.
• Ready to travel overseas at short notice.
