Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
- Engage daily with clients to understand their needs and represent them in the field.
- Perform quality control of work including budgeting, scheduling, planning, and team performance.
- Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with project managers and other project participants for technical support.
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Attend client meetings as required.
Qualifications
- A Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer.
- Familiarity with industry rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
- Capability to manage multiple discipline projects.
- Strong project management and supervision skills.
- Excellent decision-making and leadership abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
