Job Description & Requirements
M&E Coordinator role will involve working with the site management team to coordinate the electrical elements of the project. You will attend site meetings, ensure the project is within program.
- Check MEP drawings coordination for discrepancies with architectural & structural drawings.
- Conduct an MEP coordination meeting with all MEP trade sub-contractors.
- Liaise with relevant authorities for MEP services.
- Monitor all MEP trade sub-con on-site work and workforce according to the construction schedule.
- Co-ordination with MEP subcontractors on their work.
- Supervision of all MEP works carried out by MEP subcontractors.
- Ensure installations are carried out according to plans and check qualities of workmanship.
- Prepare drawings and detailed design documents.
- Plan all drawings request to meet the submission deadline.
- Draft plans and detailed drawings for MEP installations from sketches or notes.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit or BIM software.
