Job Summary
You will lead and coordinate electrical engineering projects by managing schedules, manpower, and materials to deliver compliant and safe electrical installation and maintenance solutions. Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure successful project execution and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination with customers to clarify project requirements, schedules, and site-related matters to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Plan and manage work schedules, including manpower deployment and material logistics, to optimize project efficiency
- Supervise and coordinate electrical panel servicing works to maintain operational reliability and safety
- Arrange and liaise with Licensed Electrical Workers (LEW) to conduct inspections, testing, and certification ensuring regulatory compliance
- Prepare and submit applications for EMA licenses and related regulatory approvals to facilitate lawful project execution
- Oversee electrical installation, replacement, and upgrading works, ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations
- Enforce adherence to approved method statements and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project workflow and timely completion
- Prepare technical documentation, work reports, and progress updates to support project tracking and stakeholder communication
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Familiarity with Singapore electrical regulations, EMA requirements, and LEW processes
- Experience in electrical installation, servicing, or maintenance works
- Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and work independently on site
- Knowledge of safety requirements and site practices
