Electrical Engineer

Role Responsibilities

• Develop electrical system designs, schematics, and layouts using CAD software.
• Prepare technical specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials, equipment, and technologies.
• Manage electrical engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure project objectives are met
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of electrical systems.
• Ensure systems meet safety and quality standards, including compliance with local and international codes.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for system failures.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, manuals, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of designs, modifications, and test results.
• Ensure all electrical systems adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Experience / Skills

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on design experience
• Familiar with local code and authority submission procedure.
• Preferably with experience in tender document preparation, bids evaluation and due diligence studies
• Team player and able to work independent with minimal supervision
