Job Summary
Develop and maintain technical drawings and documentation for construction projects, collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and approval of submissions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dimensional and non-dimensional drawings for project layouts to support construction planning
- Revise technical drawings based on engineer feedback to ensure compliance with project specifications
- Create computer-generated drawings including cable detection, isometrics, details, plans, schedules, and data sheets for project documentation
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers to prepare specifications and technical drawings for submission approval
- Maintain accurate document control and filing systems to support project traceability and compliance
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office to produce and manage technical drawings and documentation
- Minimum 1 year of relevant construction industry experience to perform core drawing and coordination tasks effectively
