Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and understand project requirements to plan execution of component design, select system components and design specifications
- Create electrical control schematics drawings for automated equipment
- Create 2D or 3D electrical panel lay out, cable routing layout and etc
- Generate equipment Bill of Material (BOM)
- Incorporation of design related safety aspects in accordance with regulations
- Perform debugging, testing and improvement of current products
- Provide in-house / on-site technical support, documentation and technical training
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering / Mechatronics or equivalent
- Experience in PLC Control system design, programming & testing is advantageous
- Proficiency in various software such as AutoCAD, E3 and Altium Designer.
