Electrical BIM Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Electrical BIM Modeller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Authoring: Create and maintain detailed 3D architectural models (LOD 300-400) using Autodesk Revit based on contract drawings and design updates.

• Coordination & Clash Detection: Perform interdisciplinary clash detection using Navisworks Manage or Solibri. Identify, report, and resolve design conflicts before they reach the field.

• Documentation: Generate accurate construction documents, shop drawings, and as-built models directly from the BIM environment.

• Content Management: Develop and manage project-specific Revit families and templates to ensure company-wide standardization.

• Cloud Collaboration: Manage and synchronize models within Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360.

• 4D/5D Integration: Assist in the extraction of quantities (5D) and the integration of construction schedules (4D) into the model for project tracking.

Required Qualifications

Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Experience: 2-5 years of proven experience as a BIM Modeller within a construction or engineering environment.

Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP).

• Advanced knowledge of Navisworks Manage (Clash Sets, Switchback).

Standards: Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
