Duties & Responsibilities
- Pre and post-sales inspection of in-coming and out-going shipments with the storeand delivery team
- Troubleshoot, repair and rectification of appliances - in-house and on-site
- Assist in customer's support - enquires, recommendations, walk-in
- Update Service Report to Admin and customer's on appliances under servicing or repairsstatus
- Report on requisition of on-call services and work done to Admin
- Work closely with delivery team on collections and return of repaired sets
- Identify, requisite, cannibalise, purchase - spare parts and accessories
- Requisition for top-up gas, welding sticks and any other items as needed
- Housekeeping and maintenance
- Own a motorbike for out door repair services use
Basic Salary + Mileage Claims + Allowance for vehicle maintenance Package
