Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient completion of electrical and air conditioning work
- Supervise electricians and air conditioning technicians by providing clear guidance and instruction to maintain high-quality workmanship
- Perform electrical tasks directly to support project progress and address technical challenges
- Accurately estimate required time and materials to optimize resource allocation and project budgeting
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation to track project status and support operational transparency
- Apply initiative and innovative problem-solving to improve project outcomes and team performance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Higher Diploma in electrical, air conditioning, or a related field
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems and their maintenance
- Basic technical literacy relevant to electrical and air conditioning work
- Previous experience as an electrical supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of the electrical industry and its standards
