Job Description:

  1. Lead and oversee the day-to-day application support operations for the IT systems and related applications.
  2. Support ongoing operations and functioning of IT systems.
  3. Assist in the operation of the customer's IT processes and provide customer support when required.
  4. Configure, manage and maintain software including all peripherals, implement backup processes and assess the system for upgrades.
  5. After-hours on-call support for critical problem resolution.
  6. Work with the application developers and system analysts to resolve application problems.
  7. Induct and train users in IT applications, advice, and educate users on IT basic procedure/knowledge.
  8. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  9. Provide and maintain documentation for all systems.
  10. Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope as assigned by your Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  1. Have at least 2 years of working experience in IT Operations.
  2. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Must be able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver outcomes in a timely manner.
  4. Good analytical problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to providing solutions.
  5. Competent at documenting standard applications operating procedures, processes, and work instruction.
  6. Ability to balance day-to-day operations with administrative tasks.
